Registration

Registration for the 3rd International Conference on Earth System Modelling (3ICESM) will be open from beginning of December 2011.

• Please use the online registration tool Copernicus Office Trader and complete your contact information there. Reminder - this is how your name will appear on your name badge.
• Each person must register separately using an own Copernicus Office User ID.

Conference Registration Fees

* Please note that paying for a late registration by bank transfer is only possible until 17 August 2012.
   After 10 September 2012 (09:00 a.m. CET), registration is possible only on site at the same rate as for the late registration.

The registration fee includes participation in the meeting, programme, coffee during breaks and two social events.

Accompanying persons' fees for social events:

Registration for the staff of the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology (with IMPRS), Meteorological Institute (Univ. Hamburg), Institute for Oceanography (Univ. Hamburg), and the German Climate Computing Centre (DKRZ):

For all staff, registration is compulsory. However, no charges are due for participation of the conference and for coffee during the breaks. Participation in the two social events is optional and by payment only.

Late Online Registration

Late Online Registration is closed. Onsite Registration will be possible (see below)

Late Onsite Registration

Late onsite registration at late registration rates will be possible by cash or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) payment.

Payment

Payment accepted during online registration is by a secure credit card process (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA oder JCB) or by bank transfer. After your online registration is completed, Copernicus will send you an invoice, attached as pdf file to an email, and a receipt after your payment is effected.

Conditions

• Registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the "Late Registration Fee" will be taken as a basis.
• Registration fees are not transferable.
• Registration fees will only be refunded if a cancellation in writing via email is received by the Copernicus Meeting Office before 31 July 2012. The cancellation fee is €50.
• Cancellations after that date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
